Orders will ship within 2-3 business days, unless an item is marked as preorder or otherwise noted. As soon as your package departs our studio in Los Angeles, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. While we will do everything we can to help with any unforeseen issues, Duende is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International shipping is offered to most countries. The order price does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country. If your country is unavailable, please email us for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately ( and include applicable photos ) to resolve any issues.

Our vintage objects are pre-loved and used which means discoloration, light wear, aging and imperfections are normal and occur naturally over time. We do our best to note any specific flaws in the item description and photos.
